Unfortunately, we don’t have a large contingent of Jewish people in the area so the desire for a truly Kosher kitchen is rather limited. Same goes for Halal.
You could go to Sammy’s and get a Pizza with Kosher Salami on it. But… then it wouldn’t be Kosher anymore.
Considering the lack of said resources, any person who took up the task of starting a Kosher/Halal kitchen would be able to easily corner the market.
