“Most luckiest” indeed, as Sarge has thrown at least one behind-the-back pitch every game this season without success, knowing eventually he’d land one. The batter seems frozen in disbelief, not even considering taking a swing.

Unbelievable!
Did someone bribe the ump? That pitch was short by at least 4-6 inches and it was outside.
It’s debatable whether the pitch was outside or not — you can’t really tell from the video angle. But it wasn’t short at all. In softball, if it clears the edge of the plate and isn’t too high, it’s a strike.
Of course, the batter obviously thought it was a ball. His futile argument at the end, in which he points his bat where the ball landed, is my favorite part of the video.
Definitely a strike, and definitely embarrassing.
It’s softball.. Why is the batter taken anything close anyway? HIT THE BALL! It is slow pitch…
Especially if a pitcher goes behind his back. HIT IT! Love it.
