Just to make sure there isn’t any confusion, that first 45 seconds of the video is not footage from Duluth, but rather from an intersection in the Dutch village of Limbricht.
And in case anyone has plans to get a group together and head over there to break the record for most people in a phone booth, you should note that the phone booth has been removed.
