The breakdown on the Lakeside Liquor vote is pretty interesting.
Citywide: 67 percent in favor
Precincts 1-4 in Lakeside / Lester Park area: 53 percent in favor
All non-Lakeside / Lester Park precincts: 70 percent in favor
…
One of many ways the Lakeside Liquor subject enters the paranormal realm, when you consider this provision, as many have pointed out is so ‘established restaurants can serve beer and wine.’ Its not to legalize gambling, baby slaughter, or even drugs or prostitution. Being drawn out this much over so many eons speaks volumes on the local culture. Wisconsin would never struggle with this.
Love the T-shirt. Where can I get one?
It’s an old shirt, RIJ. You’d have to find one at a rummage sale. According to this Jan. 28, 2008 PDD post, they were printed in a small quantity and sold out.
My favorite T-shirt! I got the last one from the display case. My teenage son has discovered it and now it must go underground!
