A Facebook comment from Sept. 5 about the opening of the Snooty Fox notes: “We’ve had to push it back a bit due to construction but I’m confident in saying end of September!”
The Snooty Fox will offer more than 80 types of loose teas to take home or to drink there as well as tea accessories such as infusers and electric kettles. The tea will come from around the world, including Japan, Sri Lanka, China, India and Africa.

I’m told a sign in front indicates “October.”
The recent Lake Voice News article “Duluth native finds direction, joy in running tea shop,” provides some background on owner Elizabeth Spehar, but does not mention when the shop will open.
The Duluth News Tribune reports the opening is “currently planned for Oct. 14.”
Tea time has been delayed due to wisdom teeth, according to the sign in the window.
