You could try calling Midwest Medical and seeing if they offer that. If not, they may be able to point you in the right direction.
ReCares in Duluth collects medical equipment and redistributes it free of charge to those in need.
Looks like there are three nicer looking free ones sitting on the curb at Superior Street and about 52nd Avenue East in Lakeside.
