I shot a couple of pics of a surfer on the 22nd @ the info kiosk area @ Lester around 5p – paddling out. Whomever that was. If he wants the 2-3 pics let me know. Nothing spectacular though, just incessant paddling, and after 20 min, I left.
I’ve also shot some pics of surfers down between Franklin beach and the pier on the beach side last summer. I might have to link them up for those who appear in them to have if wanted. (I’m a total amateur/hack with a cheap digital though, but I do get lucky sometimes and get some pretty cool pics)

That was shot by Chris Axelson, a reporter at the Northland’s NewsCenter!
The surfers are Scott Laderman and John Hatcher of Duluth.
