Obviously a hand-held camera in the balcony isn’t going to get the best sound quality. The more important point, though, is that it sounds like it would sound good if we were there. And Robert Plant has good taste in music.

Very exciting! Vocal blending is hard work and requires heaps of ability and care. I see Robert’s partner’s trouble with pitch as another reason to admire Low’s virtuosity.

First, congrats to Al and Mimi for recognition from a real life Rawk Godd. . . pretty wild! Know any other Minnesotans (besides Dylan natch, maybe Prince, too?) covered by a Dude from the Big Big Big Time? But, a secondly, a heartfelt tip-o-the-hat to Low — he might wail on “Rock and Roll” but Mr. Plant can’t hold a candle to Al/Mimi on this one. . . the Zepper has turned in an underwhelming & unoriginal take on a fine, fine song, I’d say. Final score: Low 10, R. Plant 0.
