Let’s talk specifically about face masks. Whilst ‘masking, do you:
– Put the mask all the way down to your neckline, or just on your face?
– Put your hair down, or keep it up out of the way?
– Wear dangling earrings, or no jewelry?
On the blackface tip , dishonorable mention goes to local moron Adam Stoningpot(?) of Pizza Luce and everyone who came to his defense after he wore blackface for Halloween.
To be clear, I am asking about mud mask skin treatments. I call shenanigans on “It was something that just happened after putting the facial cream on…” I am hard pressed to believe you wear jewelry, keep your hair down and cover your neck when applying a facial mask.
Normal use of a fascial mask is to put the mud on your face only (not right up to hairline, and not on neck at all). Also, women usually wear their hair back, and sure as hell don’t wear big earrings. I’m guessing they went from “relaxing mask” to “racist movie” with the addition of accessories.
You people need to get over yourselves. Seriously. So two kids posted some stupid shit on YouTube, and all of liberal,white guilt Duluth wants to march on Washington. You guys are so hungry for a cause you’ll find anything, no matter how trivial, to “take a stand”. The truth is, Duluth has no clue about race issues because, you’re all white! Move to a big city, and you’ll find all kinds of real racism. From white on black, to black on Latino, to black on African, to African on black. This uproar over an effing YouTube video by some kids, its laughable.
So, what you’re saying is, that unless it’s the worst-case-scenario in regards to racism, it’s perfectly fine and we should just ignore it? Great logic there.
