Gary Kalligher was my buying agent a couple years ago and was great. He’s a pro, and knows how to keep things moving from start to finish. He’s well connected too, which makes getting last minute access to places much easier when out looking.
My husband used Tony Vatalaro and had a great experience. He not only showed him lots of different properties, but also had great advice for what things to avoid in home buying.

On the cusp of buying some land now and wanted to leave this feedback: Tony Vatalaro, hands down has been the best real estate experience I’ve had in this town. He knew his shit and managed to answer all of our questions comprehensibly and without rush. From land issues to solid recommendations for different contractors.
We did try Alicia Lokke as she was so highly recommended, she seemed perfectly nice but as far as searching for land to build on and questions surrounding that issue she just didn’t have the knowledge.
