Duluth Handyman/woman?

Instead of exclusively perusing Craigslist, I thought I’d put a question to the friendly community of PDDers.

Can anyone please recommend a handyman and/or woman who could help me with my inability to properly execute seemingly simple home repair tasks?

  1. Try Old and New Property Services. Steve came out and did all sorts of repairs. They were quick, inexpensive, professional, did great work, cleaned up after work was done. I would definitely use them again. Good luck!

  2. My dad is currently without employment and does handy work. He’s done a lot of different projects and has about 30-40 years of practice.

  3. That number was not old and new. Sorry.

The number I provided was for my uncle’s business. His name is Kent Schul.

  4. Be sure you really know what type of work they do before committing to anything.

I have never seen such crappy handiwork as I have in Duluth, by so many different idiot slobs of handymen. Such janky crap, such laziness, such stupidity and incompetence. This includes homeowners and landlords.

Then, there’s the guy who was doing a job for my friend’s mother who walked away mid-project and left them with no back door.
